Assign location for every workcenter on Workcenter form view

Define the operations on the BOM components

Apply the following access for the workcenter responsible person for create material requisition from Workcenter

Raise the Material Requisition from workorder in manufacturing and confirm the Requisition

Tree view for the Material Requisition....

Waiting for approval from workcenter responsible.....

The inventory responsible person have the following access...

The inventory person can check availability of the requisition materials and approve the requisition...

Available products ready to internal transfer by clicking internal transfer...

Can transfer the available qty products from Stock location to workcenter location multiple times...

After Internal transfer can track the product moves and stock moves also...

Can create PO for the unavailable products and can check the status from material requisitions...

Here is the option for returning extra quantities to origin stock location from workcenter location. Once the return is completed can check the pickings from transfers menu...

Can Track all internal transfers for material requisitions and return requisitions....
