Surcharge in Sale Orders & Invoices
Add a Surcharge field to Sale Order Lines and Invoice Lines.
This Surcharge will be included in the calculation of the Total Amount, Tax Amount, Subtotal, etc.
1. Configuration
Enable the "Surcharge in SO lines" checkbox in Settings to display the Surcharge field on Sale Orders.
2. Manage Surcharge in Sale Order Lines
Add a Surcharge to Sale Order Lines and automatically calculate the Untaxed Amount, Tax Amount, Total Amount, Amount Due, and the Line Amount.
3. Pass Surcharge to Customer Invoice
Confirming the Sale Order and creating a Customer Invoice will automatically pass the Surcharge to the Invoice Lines.
4. Sale Order Report
The Sale Order report will reflect the Surcharge if any line includes a Surcharge value.
5. Invoice Report
The Invoice report will reflect the Surcharge if any invoice line includes a Surcharge value.
