Enable AI Recruitment Shortlisting from the settings.
Navigate to Shortlist Configuration from the Configuration Menu
Create the scoring criteria configuration
Click the Calculate Score button in the Applicant form view
Choose the scoring criteria and CV file, then calculate the score using the wizard
You can view the calculated score in the Applicant form view.
From the Job form view, you can shortlist the applicants
Select the required stage to filter the applicants in that stage, then choose the condition based on your requirements and shortlist the applicants.
Shortlisted applicants will be displayed in the Job's form view.
