Open HRMS Branch Transfer
Employee Transfer Between Branches.
Key Highlights
Employee Branch Transfer
Initiate the transfer of an employee from one branch to another.
New Contract for the Employee
Able to create a new contract for the transferred employee.
Transfer Request Approval
The employee will remain in the same branch until the transferred branch receives the employee.
Employee Transfer Form
From Transfers , user can initiate an Employee Transfer by selecting the Employee to be transferred and specifying the destination branch in "Transfer To" field.
Transfer Button
After adding the details in the Transfer form, click the "Transfer" button to initiate the Employee Transfer process.
Receive Transferred Employee
The Transferred branch can receive the Employee by clicking the "Receive" button.
New Contract for Transferred Employee
Receive button will redirect to the Contract creation form, from where a new Contract for the transferred Employee can be created.
Employee Transferred to the New Branch
After Contract creation, the Employee will be successfully transferred to the new Branch .
