Allows employees to raise grievances and HR to manage them.

How To Activate and Upgrade Module Step By Step.
1) You can see a module HR Grievance Managemet in your Odoo Apps.IF Not Then Search "HR Grievance Managemet"
2) Click on the "Activate" button to install the module.(time Consuming)

3) Then Click option of Employees in Discuss Section.

Employees Home Page
Wow !, You can enter the Employees home page.
Now, you click on the "Grievance" button to "Grievance Management".

Then you click "New" Button to create a new grievance.
Here , open the form to create a new grievance.Please fill in the required fields and Attach any relevant documents or screenshots to support your grievance.

Fill All the details Carefully then click on the "Mark as Review" button to Mark your grievance.

Return Your Grievance Management Home Page, where you can see your grievance in the "New" stage.

You Should Also Filter Your Grievance by Given Image , It will help you to find your grievance easily.
