odoo App will provide Employee Loan Management functionality. internally You can request many loan requests, Restrict employee loan request, multiple employee load,loan and payslip connected and many more features..

Loan Request for Employee.
Notify To Hr Manager.
Approve Loan By Hr Manager.
Set different Loan Type.
Calculation based on loan type
Workflow Draft => Validate => Hr Approval => Done

Manager can configure loan type
Short Term loan type

Manager can set loan account in accounting settings
Employee Create overtime request
If loan type amount is restricted employee can't exceed allowed amount
If loan type duration is restricted employee can't exceed payback period
Manager can validate the request internally
Manager can confirm the request internally
Manager can compute and select installment type of the request internally
Manager can approve the request internally
Accountant can give the loan amount to the employee and add payment for him
Employee can pay the installments in 2 ways
by clicking on Payment button
or from payslip for the employee
Manager Can settle the loan from Payment Button
