HR Training and Development Programs
HR Training and Development Programs helps organizations manage, track, and improve employee training initiatives. The app allows HR teams to create training programs, assign employees, monitor participation, and record outcomes. With smart views inside the Employee module, managers can easily see the trainings each employee has attended, ensuring continuous development, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Set up Training
To start using the app please asign the user rights in the User administration menu in Setting.
Add Data on Training
Using the app you can keep track of the training program, the dates as well as employees who have undergone training.
Stat Button on the Employee Menu
The module adds a stat button on the employee menu that allows quick access to all the trainings an employee has done to date.
