Bank Charges on Payment
Automatically deduct bank charges at the time of payment — directly from the
Register Payment
dialog. Bank fees are posted to a dedicated
Bank Charge Account
in one step — no separate journal entry, no extra clicks.
Bank Charge Configuration per Payment Method
Set a Bank Charge Account and % Bank Charge directly on each payment method — QRIS, Debit Card, Transfer, and more. Charges are calculated and posted automatically every time a payment is registered.
Automatic Bank Charge on Payment Registration
Select a payment method with a configured bank charge — the system instantly calculates the charge amount based on the configured percentage. Adjust the % manually if needed, and a dedicated bank charge line is added automatically to the payment's journal entry.
Auto Bank Charge Calculation
Bank charges are calculated automatically based on the configured
% Bank Charge per payment method — no manual calculation
needed every time a payment is registered.
Per Payment Method Configuration
Set different charge rates for each payment method —
QRIS, Debit Card, Transfer, and more.
Each method has its own Bank Charge Account and percentage,
giving you full control over fee structures.
Dedicated Bank Charge Journal Line
Charge amounts are posted as a separate journal line to the configured
Bank Charge Account — keeping your payment amount
and fee expense clearly separated in every transaction.
Supports Incoming & Outgoing Payments
Bank charge configuration is available on both
Incoming Payments (customer receipts) and
Outgoing Payments (vendor disbursements) —
covering your entire payment operation in one module.
Accurate Cost of Payment Tracking
Every bank fee is recorded against the correct expense account — giving your finance team clear visibility into the true cost of each payment channel, straight from the journal entries.
Native Journal & Multi-Currency Ready
Built on Odoo's native account.payment model —
fully compatible with your existing journal configuration,
multi-currency setup, and bank reconciliation workflow
without disrupting any existing process.
