Assign the Security Group

Enable HR Manager Dashboard for managers in Settings → Users, or use the existing HR Manager role.

Open the Dashboard

Navigate to Employees → HR Manager Dashboard. 20+ tiles and 6 charts load automatically.

Customise Your KPIs

Go to Configuration → Dashboard Tiles to add new tiles, change colours, icons or drilldown actions.

⚠️ Important: Enable Dashboard Access

The dashboard is hidden by default. Each user who needs access must have the HR Manager Dashboard group enabled on their profile. Follow the steps below to grant access.

1	Go to Settings — Navigate to Settings → Users & Companies → Users
2	Open the User — Click on the user who should have dashboard access
3	Find the Human Resources section — Scroll down to the Human Resources access rights group
4	Select "HR Manager Dashboard" — In the HR Manager Dashboard dropdown, select Manager and save. The user will immediately see the dashboard menu in the Homepage

Settings → Users → [User] → Human Resources

Select Manager in the HR Manager Dashboard field on the user form to grant access
