Overview
Validate your invoices/credit notes with the click of a button. This module integrates with the Kenyan G03 Tremol control unit device to the KRA through TIMS.
Configuration
Once the application is installed, a new tab - TIMS can be accessed in the company settings(Settings > Companies > Update Info). Here input the correct url for your zfplabserver, the IP address of your ETR device, Port and Password as recommended by your ETR Supplier.
How it works
Once an invoice/credit note is posted, a button send to TIMS is now visible. Click on it to validate and send your invoices to KRA.
You can get the QR code to confirm the validated invoice by clicking in the TIMS tab shown. The radiobox - sent is always checked if the invoice/credit note has been relayed to KRA. Also, you'll get the CU invoice number and validation date here.
