Indiamart CRM Connector
Import Your Indiamart Leads to Odoo CRM.
Introducing the 'Indiamart CRM Connector' application, designed to seamlessly import Indiamart leads into your Odoo CRM system. As the administrator of your Indiamart CRM, you have full control over user and manager access. Easily import leads and assign them to your team members. With the flexibility to import leads manually or set up automated scheduling, managing your leads has never been more efficient. Every lead import, whether manual or automatic, generates a detailed log for easy tracking and monitoring of processing status. Stay on top of your lead management with our intuitive logging system.
CRM Configuration
In CRM Configuration, Leads need to be enabled. Only after enabling Leads Indiamart CRM Configurations will be enabled.
Indiamart Configuration
Once leads are enabled, Indiamart CRM configurations will be enabled and by checking it user can configure indiamart details to connect and import indiamart leads.
Configuration Details
After enabling indiamart Configurations, User can configure API Key and API url to import leads from indiamart. Along side that, user can configure default sales team, If email need to be sent everytime leads get imported. User can also configure to which user email need to be sent.
Indiamart Menu
After installation, you can see Indiamart menu inside CRM that contains indiamart leads and API call logs.
Import Indiamart Lead
To import leads manually, you can navigate to CRM > Configuration > Settings and under Indiamart CRM section you can see a button to import leads manually from imdiamart. Once you click on Import Leads button, you can decide if you want to import all leads or leads created between a certain time. All import processes will create log to make sure everytime success / failure stays logged.
Leads
Once leads are downloaded, yu can see it under "Leads" menu with your orher non imdiamart leads. If you want to see only indiamart Leads you can see it under Leads in Indiamart menu of CRM. You will get the description of products along side contact details and it will be assigned to sales team which is configured in CRM settings. Here onwards you can process it as a normal lead.
Lead Details
This is a sample lead to explain how details are imported to your odoo. Details like product descriptiom, address and contact details if available. From here onwards operate as an odoo lead like normally contact customer, convert to opportunity etc.
User Groups
Once you install Indiamart CRM application, you will find 2 user group in your user form. You can control access of each user by providing user or manager rights. Also if you don't want user to access indiamart crm, remove the access rights for such user.
Automatic Scheduler
If you have not time to manually import leads, you can configure automated scheduler to import leads automatically at regular time intervals. Everytime scheduler import leads, logs will be created to maintain lead import history.
