Cashiers can instantly search and filter lots by typing any keyword in the search box, with live autocomplete results showing only matching lots with available stock, making lot selection fast and error-free at the point of sale.

If a lot does not exist in the system, cashiers can create a new lot number instantly from within the POS popup by entering the name and optional internal reference, without switching to the backend or interrupting the sale.

Once a new lot is created from the POS popup, it is immediately auto-selected and added to the order with a success notification, allowing the cashier to continue the sale without any extra steps or page reload.

Every lot and serial number created from the POS or backend is automatically listed in Inventory, giving managers full visibility of all tracked items across products with their assigned lot names and product references in one place.

If a serial number already exists in the system, the POS instantly detects it, shows a notification saying "Lot already existed, selected" and auto-selects it, preventing duplicate serial creation and keeping inventory records clean and accurate.

Cashiers can scan a lot or serial number barcode directly from the POS barcode scanner and the product is instantly added to the cart with the correct lot pre-assigned, making checkout faster and completely eliminating manual lot entry errors.
