If you are using a Website and Point Of Sale both and want to manage internal credit and debit management this Odoo apps helps you. With this app you can assign Credit and Debit balance to your customer then this will be the good Odoo Apps for use. By using this module you can easily add/update credit and debit of your customer.This credit and debit can be used as Payment Method at the time of Website & POS payment.Customer credit can easily shown on each customer POS & website screen. Withdraw from Credit balance of your customer Feature is also available on this app. By using this module you can easily withdraw amount from credit of your customer.
Website Customer Credit Payment Management
If you are using a Website and want to assigned Credit to your customer then this will be the good module for use. By using this module you can easily add/update credit of your customer.This credit can be used as Payment Method at the time of Website payment.Customer credit can easily shown on each customer website screen. customer can also add credit balance in their account from the website. Admin can allow pay more than credit balance to their customers too.
Point of Sales with Customer Credit Payment Management.
If you are using a POS and want to assigned Credit to your customer then this will be the good module for use. By using this module you can easily add/update credit of your customer . This credit can be used as Payment on time of POS payment which special POS credit journal. Customer credit can easily shown on each customer on POS screen , So don't need to go back and check each customer's credit, When any order made that customer's credit will shown in front of cashier. So easily choose whether wants to pay from Credit (partially or fully) or pay from card/cash (normal payment method of odoo).
Users are allowed to pay in credit
Users are allowed to pay through credit amount in website.
Automatic update of credit balance
Credit amount automatically gets updated in website as well as in the customer smart button.
Add credit balance
Customer can add credit balance in their account from backend and that credit balance is also shown on website too.
Email about credit payment.
Users with get email about each withdrawal and deposite of credit balance.
Journal Entries
Correct Journal entry would be generated with credit payment option as its generated in default Odoo POS. So no need to worry about accounting transaction effected by this app.
Widthdraw credit balance
Customer can withdraw credit balance from their account in the website,also from the backend and updates can be easily seen.
Credit Detail Menu
We have created Credit Details menu in Sales. From that we can add credit for customer.
Smart Button on customer
View Smart button in customer Form view which shows how much credit available for that customer.
Website
Customer can add credit balance in their account from the website and that credit balance is also shown on website too.
Customer can easily add credit balance from here.
You can see a product name "Credit Product" is generated as per entered credit amount.
Customer can add credit balance from different payment method.
Once the order is confirmed credit amount is added in credit balance of that particular customer.
Customer can easily add credit balance and see update in the website itself.
Customer can easily withdraw balance from here.
Customer can easily see update of withdraw.
You can make payment of order using "Credit Payment" as shown in fig.
You can see the order is confirmed with payment method as "Credit Payment".
You can see that amount of order is deducted from user's credit balance.
Payment transaction is also created in back-end as per selected customer, sales order,order amount and credit payment method.
Deducted Balance of user is also display on website in Credit menu.
User can View newly created purchase order by clicking on smart button.
When You place an order, more than the available credit amount as shown below.
When order amount is more than your available credit balance, order is not placed.
Admin can allow their customer to pay more then his/her available credit balance.
Customer can add and withdraw amount from credit balance amount as per requirement.
Customer can add amount in their credit by adding amount as per requirement.
Customer see the update in the smart button.
Customer can withdraw from the credit balance.
Email is sent to each customer as per every transaction.

In Point Of sale,see customer's credit details.
Payment Methods
We made a credit journal in accounting for payment. Which is also show in POS configuration payment options.
No Customer Warning: We can not use credit payment option if there is no customer selected. It will be raise Error popup.
Credit Availability : Customer should not pay more than its credit availability and not more than order amount.
Payment Options : Customer can pay less amount from his credit for total amount. And for remaining amount he/she can use another journal(payment option).
Exact amount of order : Customer can pay exact amount of order so there is no any option to change amount.
Deduct Credit Amount : When customer has used its credit for purchasing product than it will be automatically deducted from his credit and it will be also affected at backend of Customer.
POS Payment
After done payment, see payment receipt.
POS Withdraw Feature
Click on withdraw button
Select journal type and enter amount which you want to withdraw,then click on apply.
Shows success popup after successfully withdraw.
Shows alert when you performed withdraw operation without selecting a customer.
Payment entry after successfully withdraw from POS.
Deduct Credit Amount
When customer has withdraw amount from his credit than it will be automatically deducted from his credit and it will be also affected at backend of Customer.
