Invoice List View (Row Colors)
Open Customer Invoices and switch to List view. Invoice rows are decorated by color based on the due date: Green (Not Due), Orange (Near Due), Red (Overdue).
Kanban View (Color Border)
Switch the invoices to Kanban view. Each card shows a colored left border based on due status.
Due Status: Overdue (Red)
If the invoice due date is before today, it will be marked as Overdue and shown in Red.
Due Status: Near Due (Orange)
If the invoice due date is today up to the next 3 days, it will be marked as Near Due and shown in Orange.
Due Status: Not Due (Green)
If the invoice due date is more than 3 days away, it will be marked as Not Due and shown in Green.
Filter: Due Date Status
Use the search filters to quickly show Not Due, Near Due, or Overdue invoices.
Filter: Overdue
Use the Overdue filter to display only invoices whose due date is before today.
Filter: Near Due
Use the Near Due filter to display invoices due today through the next 3 days.
Filter: Not Due
Use the Not Due filter to display invoices whose due date is more than 3 days away.
No Color When Paid
If an invoice is fully paid (or in payment), the module will not apply a due status color.
No Color Without Due Date
If an invoice has no due date, no due status is computed and no color is applied.
Tip: Refresh After Install
After installing/upgrading, refresh the browser to ensure the backend styles (colors) are loaded.
Works in List View
Invoice rows are decorated in List view using standard Odoo decorations.
Works in Kanban View
Invoice cards in Kanban get a colored left border based on the computed due status.
