How the workflow works
1. Configure approval levels
Select the model, set the original button to execute, hide standard buttons and add the required approval levels.
2. Submit the business document
Users submit the record for approval instead of directly confirming it.
3. Approver receives the task
The current approver is displayed on the document and receives an Odoo notification.
4. Sign, add a note and attach a PDF
The approval wizard records the signer name, electronic signature, approval note and optional PDF attachment.
5. Continue through the next levels
After each approval, the workflow automatically assigns the next configured approver.
6. Complete and execute the original action
After the final approval, the configured business action is executed automatically and the full history remains available.
