JCA Barcode Generator
The JCA Barcode Generator module automates and standardizes the process of creating unique barcodes for your products. Instead of manually entering or generating codes, this app integrates seamlessly with Odoo's sequence system to automatically assign a sequential, unique barcode to each new product you create.

Installation & Configuration
- Download the latest version "JCA Barcode Generator" from github or from the odoo marketplace.
- Extract the file downloaded inside the folder that you use for third party addons.
- Make sure that the addons path is configure when you are running your proyect. You can do that by modifiying your configuration file. "addons_path = /your/addons/location"
- If everything is running correctly you can logon as an administrator.
- Look for the "Apps" menu and click on it.
- Then you can click on "Update App list" to make sure odoo is detecting the new app.
- Search for the "JCA Barcode Generator".
- Click the install button.
Usage
Once you have installed the "JCA Barcode Generator" correctly you should see a new menu under inventory configurations called "Barcode Rules". Click on that menu and it should go to a list of bacode rules. From there you can manage your barcode rules for later use with the products.
For creating a barcode you can access a list or a form view of a product and under actions click the "Generate Barcode Wizard" button. A wizard will open asking you for the barcode rule to use, after clicking on the button "Generate" all selected products of a list or the active product in the form view will be update with a new value on the barcode field
