The Jobs Marketing Automation app is designed to streamline the process of job postings by automating the task of sending regular job updates to potential candidates. How it work?

1. Install the App
After purchasing the product, download and install the application on your Odoo platform.

2. Configure the App
Under the 'Latest Jobs' option, configure the mailing list and set the schedule.

3. Emails are ready to be send
The emails for latest jobs will be sent out automatically on the set schedule.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Activate the App
Under the 'Email Marketing' option, you will find the newly added mailings option, 'Latest Jobs'. Simply select and click to configure.

2. Configure the details
Configure the subject of the email and set up the mailing list from the given option

3. Set up the Mailing List
Create a New Mailing list and add or upload the contacts to this mailing list. The email will be sent out only to the contacts that are defined in the selected mailing list.

4. Customise Options
Go to the 'Settings' under 'Configuration' and customise options like schedule, text for the email, color of the table, text etc.
NOTE : In the configuration, for Schedule if weekly is set then email will be sent out on every Monday and if Monthly is set then email will be sent out on the first Monday of the month.

5. Test and Confirm
That's it! Test the email by selecting 'Send' under the 'Actions' menu and Confirm to send out emails. The emails will now be automatically send out on the set schedule for all the published jobs.
