Installation
- Copy this module to your Odoo custom addons directory.

Usage
- Navigate to Employees > Job Positions in Odoo.
- Open any job position or create a new one.
- Use the new Stage pipeline at the top of the form to manage job lifecycle.
- Drag and drop the job into different stages as it progresses.
- Customize stage names and colors via technical settings if needed.
