Go to Contacts -> Configuration -> Customer Group and create groups here.
Go to Contacts -> Configuration -> Customer Type and create Types here.
add Customer group, Customer Type and Customer Bonus calculation in Contacts.
Go to Sales -> Reporting -> Sales Bonus.
Select Start date, End Date and specific customers for whom you wants to Evaluate the bonus based on their purchase.
