1. Overview

The WooCommerce Odoo Connector provides a complete, bidirectional synchronisation bridge between your WooCommerce store and Odoo 17. It covers every stage of the e-commerce lifecycle from product catalog and inventory, through customer profiles and sales orders, all the way to shipping, accounting, and returns so your two platforms always stay in sync without manual data entry.

The connector is built around a multi-instance architecture: you can connect more than one WooCommerce store to a single Odoo database, with each store having its own independent sync configuration, credentials, and warehouse mapping. Sync runs automatically via configurable cron jobs, and every sync event is logged directly in Odoo's server log for easy troubleshooting.

Bidirectional Sync

Push data from Odoo → WooCommerce, pull from WooCommerce → Odoo, or run both simultaneously. Per-entity direction control on every sync type.

Multi-Warehouse Stock

Select multiple Odoo stock locations per connector. Their quantities are summed and sent to WooCommerce as a single stock number.

Settings Dashboard

Interactive OWL dashboard in General Settings. Toggle sync modes, set cron intervals, and manage instances all from one screen.

Variable Products

Products with Odoo attribute lines export as WooCommerce variable products with per-variant SKU, pricing, and stock fully round-trip.

Auto-Invoice

Invoices are created and posted automatically in Odoo when an imported WooCommerce order is confirmed, with payment method mapping.

Refunds & Credit Notes

WooCommerce refunds automatically create Odoo credit notes. Duplicate protection prevents re-importing the same refund on every cron run.
