Product Variant Excel Report | Variant Grid Entry report

The Product Variant Excel Report module allows you to generate detailed reports of products and their variants in Excel format

Features:

  • Create Excel reports of products and variants.
  • Show detailed information about the product name and its variants.
  • Include data on stock in, stock out, and current stock.
  • Calculate and display totals for stock in, stock out, and current stock for each product and its variants.

Usage

  1. Go to the Inventory menu and select Product Variant Excel Report.
  2. Select the Date for the report.
  3. Select the desired Warehouse and choose one or more Locations within the warehouse.
  4. Click on the Generate Report button to generate the Excel report.
  5. An Excel file containing the product variant report will be downloaded.




Note: Only users with the "Inventory" role will have access to the Product Variant Excel Report functionality.

Configuration:

The Product Variant Excel Report module does not require any additional configuration. Make sure to assign the "Inventory" role to the users who should have access to this report.

Once installed, you can find the Product Variant Excel Report menu under the Inventory menu in the Odoo interface.
