Description

Odoo Settings – Users & Companies, Groups, Access Rights. Shows user “Mitchell Admin” and permission categories (Inventory, Fleet, Purchase, Employees, Logistics Management, etc.).

Logistics Dashboard – KPIs (Total Shipments, Active, Completed, Delayed, Revenue, Outstanding). Charts: Shipment Status Distribution and Revenue Trend. Tables: Top Customers, Pending Actions, Recent Shipment Activity.

Shipment Orders list – 10 shipments (SHP-001 to SHP-010) with columns: Order No, Customer, Expected Pickup/Delivery, Status, Grand Total, Sync Status.

Shipment form SHP-2026-05-00001 (Draft). Smart buttons: Confirm Booking, Cancel, Approve Invoice, Geofence Status. Status bar: Draft, Booked, Picked Up, Dispatched, Delivered, Closed.

Same shipment – Charges tab with a freight charge line: “Freight Charge - Standard Rate Card - Metro Cities”, quantity 10,000, unit price 85.00, amount 850,000.00. Totals section.

Shipment after Pickup Complete – status bar highlights “Picked Up”. Actual pickup date recorded. Charges line still visible.

Stock Receipt (WH/IN/00007) created from the shipment. Product [DESK0005] Customizable Desk, quantity 1.00. Operation type: Receipts.

Shipment with status buttons (Draft, Booked, Picked Up, Received at Warehouse, Dispatched, Delivered, Closed). Items/SKUs tab shows product details.

Error message – “Invalid Operation – Please assign a trip before dispatching.” Trip field is empty.

Shipment with Trip/Dispatch tab – Trip TRP-010 assigned. Also shows Geofence Tracking section and Dwell Time (0.00 minutes).

Shipment status In Transit – status bar shows “Dispatched” highlighted. Trip TRP-010 shown. Actual pickup date filled, actual delivery empty.

Shipment status Out for Delivery – status bar shows “Delivered” not yet clicked. Buttons: Approve Invoice, Geofence Status.

Delivery Complete action – status changed to Delivered. Smart buttons now include “Delivery Complete”, “Approve Invoice”, “Geofence Status”.

Shipment after POD Received – status shows “POD Received”. Invoices tab shows a draft invoice for 850,000.00.

POD & Documents tab – POD Receiver Name, POD Remarks, POD Attachments (Screenshot file). Special instructions field.

Invoices tab – shows an invoice line with Number, Due Date, Tax Excluded, Total Payment, Status (Posted).

Shipment form with Invoices tab – Shows invoice INV/2026/00005 with total $850,000.00 and status “Not Paid”. Also displays cargo details, actual pickup/delivery dates, and pickup/delivery locations.

All Shipments list (11 shipments) – includes SHP-2026-05-00001 with status Closed, Grand Total 850,000.00, Sync Status Pending.

Trip TRP-010 – Shipments tab shows SHP-2026-05-00001 with status “Dispatched”. Trip details: Vehicle, Driver, Route, Planned/Actual dates.

Trip Profitability report – lists 10 trip numbers (TRP-007, TRP-003, TRP-010, TRP-002, TRP-001, TRP-004, TRP-008, TRP-009, TRP-006, TRP-005).

Revenue by Customer report – lists 12 customer names (Shree Ganesh Traders, Acme Corporation, Ahmedabad Ceramics, Chennai Food Products, Jaipur Gems, Pune Automotives, Bangalore Electronics, ABC Logistics Pvt Ltd, Azure Interior, Hyderabad Pharma, Lucknow Handicrafts, Kolkata Textiles).

Revenue by Route report – lists 10 route names (Hyderabad to Pune, Chennai to Hyderabad, Kolkata to Mumbai, Pune to Ahmedabad, Delhi to Bangalore, Ahmedabad to Jaipur, Mumbai to Delhi, Jaipur to Lucknow, Lucknow to Kolkata, Bangalore to Chennai).

Revenue by Branch report – lists many branch/customer names (Beth Evans, The Jackson Group, Kanhasoft, Metro Transport, Chennai Food Products, Default User Template, Bangalore Electronics, OdooBot, ABC Logistics Pvt Ltd, Safe Hands Movers, etc.).

Tax Report – shows tax names “GST” listed twice (presumably two entries for GST).
