Select Sales Orders to Cancel
From the Sales â Quotations list view, simply select one or more sales orders you want to cancel. Then click on Action â Cancel Orders to trigger the mass cancellation wizard. You can cancel multiple records in one goâno need to open each order manually.
Confirm Cancellation via Wizard
After selecting the orders, a confirmation wizard will appear to prevent accidental cancellations. Review the message and click âConfirmâ to proceed or âCancelâ to abort the action. This step ensures that bulk cancellations are always deliberate and controlled.
View Cancelled Sales Orders
Once the cancellation is confirmed, youâll be automatically redirected to the Sales Orders list, filtered to show only the orders that were just cancelled. This provides instant feedback and ensures you can quickly review and verify the changes made.
Select Purchase Orders to Cancel
Navigate to the Requests for Quotation list, select the purchase orders you wish to cancel, and click Action â Cancel Orders. This triggers the mass cancellation wizard, allowing you to handle bulk cancellations with speed and consistencyâno need to open each record manually.
Confirm Purchase Order Cancellation
Once purchase orders are selected, a confirmation wizard appears to verify the action. This step ensures that cancellations are intentional and allows users to double-check before proceeding. Click âConfirmâ to cancel the selected purchase orders or âCancelâ to exit the process safely.
Review Cancelled Purchase Orders
After confirmation, the system automatically redirects you to a filtered list showing only the purchase orders that were just cancelled. This allows for immediate verification and ensures full visibility of the changes madeâhelping your team stay organized and accountable.
