Auto-Created Purchase Agreement Linked to Opportunity
After generating RFQs from the CRM Opportunity, vendor-specific purchase agreements are automatically created and fully linked back to the sales context. Each agreement includes relevant vendor, product, and opportunity detailsâensuring traceability, accountability, and a seamless flow from sales to procurement.
Vendor-Specific Purchase Agreement Auto-Created
Each vendor linked to the opportunityâs product lines receives a dedicated purchase agreement. In this example, a requisition is automatically generated for Deco Addict with all relevant products and dates. The agreement is fully traceable back to the originating CRM opportunityâensuring transparency and streamlined procurement execution.
Auto-Generated Requisition for Assigned Vendor
Once the CRM opportunity is processed, the system generates a separate purchase agreement for each supplier. This example shows an agreement created for Ready Mat, linked to the "Plan to Buy Desktop PC" opportunity.
