Review the Generated Customer Balance Summary Report
Access the Customer Balance Summary Report
From the Accounting dashboard, open the Reporting menu and navigate to Customer Balance Summary under the Management section. This launches the report wizard, where you can define the period, select customers, and generate your detailed balance statement in Excel format.
Configure Your Customer Balance Report
In the Customer Balance wizard, select the customer or vendor (or leave blank to include all), choose the company, and set your reporting period. You can filter by Quarter, Month, or define a Custom date range. Once your criteria are set, click Statement Print to instantly generate the Excel report with opening balances, transactions, and ending balances for the selected period.
Review the Generated Customer Balance Summary Report
Once you click Statement Print, the module generates a detailed Excel (XLSX) report showing each customerâs code, name, salesperson, opening balances, transaction totals, ending balances, and net balance for the selected period. The report includes a Total row at the bottom for quick reference and is formatted for easy sharing with management or auditors.
