Enforce grade-specific wage ranges with real-time validation, compute monthly and annual cost summaries at the click of a button, and schedule automated 3-year review reminders to keep your data current. Whether youâre onboarding five employees or five hundred, Kaz HR Employees delivers speed, accuracy, and full auditability across your HR processes directly within Odoo, no custom coding required.
Configure HR Grades
Navigate to Configuration - HR Grade to set up and manage your salary grades. Here you can create new grades, define minimum / mid / maximum salary bands, configure all associated allowances (education, mobile, living, etc.), and assign a responsible HR user. This ensures every employeeâs compensation package is standardized, compliant, and easy to maintain.
View & Manage Grades
On the HR Grade list view, click New Grade to add a salary grade or select an existing entry (e.g. âGrade 1â) to see all configured bands and allowances. Use the search bar and list filters to quickly locate specific grades, then open any record to adjust min/mid/max thresholds, benefit values, or review configurations all from this consolidated list interface.
Configure Grade Details
On the Grade form, enter the grade name, assign the responsible HR user, and specify all benefit values (education, mobile, living, child, per-diem, relocation, health). Then define the local and expat salary bands (minimum, midpoint, maximum). Once your values are set, click Confirm to lock in the configuration and enable automatic validations and reminders.
Define Employee Categories
Under Configuration - Employee Categoryâs, click New to create or edit your custom employee types (e.g., UAE National, Expat). For each category, enter a clear name and description these categories drive grade assignments, allowance computations, and validation rules throughout your HR processes.
View Employee Categories
On the Employee Category list view, you can see all your defined categories at a glance. Use the New button to add a category, the search bar or filters to quickly locate specific entries, and click any row to edit its name or description. This consolidated view keeps all your employee type definitions organized and easy to maintain.
Define Employee Sections
Navigate to Configuration - Employee Section to create and manage the subdivisions of your organization (e.g. Finance, HR, Engineering). Click New to add a section name, then assign employees to sections on their records. Using sections helps you segment your workforce for reporting, budgeting, and access control keeping your HR data organized and aligned with your companyâs structure.
View Employee Sections
On the Employee Section list screen, you can see all your defined sections (e.g. sec 1, sec 2). Use the New button to create a section, the checkboxes for batch actions, and the search bar or filters to quickly locate specific entries. Click any row to open and edit its name keeping your organizational structure clear for assignments, reporting, and access control.
Define Employee Units
Go to Configuration - Employee Unit to create and manage your organizational units (e.g. Sales, R&D, Support). Click New to add a unit name, then save. These units help you group employees by functional area for reporting, budgeting, and access control keeping your HR data aligned with your companyâs structure.
View Employee Units
On the Employee Unit list view, youâll see all your defined units (e.g. Unit 1, Unit 2). Use the New button to add a unit, employ the search bar or filters to quickly locate specific entries, and click any row to open and edit its name. This view keeps your functional units organized for easy assignment, reporting, and access control.
