Payment Details Table: This section provides a line-by-line breakdown of every payment that has been reconciled against the invoice. It uses the official Odoo reconciliation data (invoice_payments_widget) to ensure accuracy.
The table includes the following columns for each payment:
-#: Sequential number of the payment.
-Payment Ref.: The unique reference number of the payment record.
-Payment Date: The date the payment was recorded.
-Payment Method: The journal used for the payment (e.g., Bank, Cash, Credit Card).
-Paid Amount: The amount of the payment applied to this specific invoice, formatted in the invoice's currency.
-Memo: The memo or reference text associated with the payment.
Payment Summary: This section provides a quick, high-level overview of the invoice's financial status.
The summary includes:
-Invoice Total: The total amount of the invoice.
-Total Paid: The cumulative amount of all payments applied to the invoice.
-Balance Due: The remaining amount to be paid.
-Status: The current payment status of the invoice, which can be one of the following:
-Paid: The balance due is zero or less.
-Partially Paid: The balance due is greater than zero but less than the invoice total.
-Unpaid: No payments have been applied, and the balance due equals the invoice total.
