Overview
The module helps to generate KSA VAT Return report in details, on sales. It is require to set tax configurations to generate the invoices and credit notes. According to the configured taxes the VAT Return form will be automatically updated. The module will helps to generate the report which has the Invoice Date, Invoice No., Customer Name, Customer VAT Number, Taxable Amount, VAT Amount, Total. The details will be available according to the Tax groups such as, Standard Domestic Sales, Export Sales, Exempted Sales, Zero Rated Sales.

Tax Configuration
1.1 Standard Rated Sales Assigning the Tax Grid as Standard Rated Sales + Standard Rated Sales VAT + for distribution of invoices and assign the tax grid Standard Rated Sales - Standard Rated Sales VAT - for distribution of credit notes

Zero-rated domestic sales
Choose the tax grid Zero Rated Sales + for distribution of invoices and Zero Rated Sales - for distribution of credit notes.

Export Sales
Choosing the tax grid Export Sales + for distribution of Invoices and Export Sales - for distribution of credit notes.

Exempt sales
For Exempt sales, there need to select Exempt Sales + for distribution of Invoices and Exempt Sales - for distribution for credit notes.

Create Customer Invoice
Here is an example of the standard invoice. We can use the taxes configured in the above-mentioned way in the normal invoice, then it will be updated to the particular report

Create Credit Note
Similarly, here is an example of the Credit note. According to the tax we use in the invoice , the report will be generated

KSA VAT Return Form
You will be able to generate the VAT Report by navigating to Accounting - > Reporting -> VAT Report

Generate the VAT Return Form
You will be able to generate report with a start and end date according to your convenience. If you have multiple company. You can choose the specific company name also.

KSA VAT Return Form View (Summary)
Please find the below KSA VAT Return form with all data. According to the above tax configurations and the assigned taxes while generating invoices and credit note the values will be automatically updated in the form.

VAT Return (Sales)-Detailed View
You will be able to generate the VAT Report by navigating to Accounting - > Reporting - > Detailed VAT on Sales Report

Generate Report by applying filter
You will be able to filter the report with particular date and specific company

Detailed VAT on Sales Report View
Please find the below Detailed KSA VAT Return Report with all data. According to the above tax configurations and the assigned taxes while generating invoices and credit note the values will be printed in the detailed VAT Return Report. This includes the Invoice Date, Invoice No., Customer Name, VAT No., Taxable Amount, Tax Amount, Total. If it is a Credit Note then the amount will be displayed in negative figures.
