What this module does
Automatically assigns the responsible user on a CRM lead created from an incoming email, based on which mailbox or alias received the message. One-to-one mapping, zero round robin, predictable ownership.
Recipient to user map
Configure each incoming address to point to a specific user. New leads get the owner before they hit the pipeline.
One-to-one routing
No queue, no random assignment. The address controls who owns the lead.
Multi-mailbox support
Works with any number of fetchmail or alias addresses, including catch-all rules.
Zero-config for new emails
New addresses can be mapped from the same screen. Mapping takes effect on the next incoming message.
