Document Reminder
The Document Reminder module for Odoo helps users manage and keep track of important document expiration dates. In this module, you will be able to use document reminder.

Features
Available in Odoo 16.0 Community and Enterprise.

This feature allows users to store their critical documents securely within the Odoo environment. The uploaded documents are associated with the user who uploaded them, ensuring easy access and management. Users can set an expiration date for each document during the upload process.

To prevent missing important deadlines, this feature automatically tracks the expiration dates of uploaded documents. The system sends an email reminder to the user 5 to 10 days before the document is set to expire, giving ample time to take necessary action.

Security is paramount, and this feature ensures that each document is accessible only by the user who uploaded it. This helps maintain privacy and ensures that sensitive documents are protected from unauthorized access.

This feature allows users to customize their reminder settings. Users can choose to receive alerts 5 or 10 days before a documentâs expiration date, providing flexibility to suit their needs.
