Steps to set up in Google
Sign in with your Google Account. To generate Google Calendar API credentials, Click HereClick Enable APIs and Services.

In the search bar, look for Google Calendar API
Select the Google Calendar API
Select the Google Calendar API and enable it
Create Credentials
Click Create Credentials
Google Calendar API and the User Data
Choose Google Calendar API and the User Data . Then, click Next
App name and Email address
Enter the app name and email address. Then, click Save and Continue
Developer Contact information
Add the mail for developer contact information
Skipped the Third Scope
Skipped the Third Scope. Save and Continue
Choose Website application
Choose Website application and then type the name of the app
Your company's URL and Authorized redirect URIs section
In the Authorized JavaScript Origins section, add your company's URL. And in the Authorized redirect URIs section, add your companys URL followed by /google_meet_authentication
Generating Google Calendar API credentials
After successfully generating Google Calendar API credentials, you will receive a Client ID and Client Secret

Provide users to access the app
Also provide users to access the app
App Settings
Go to Settings-> Companies Then click on the company name and select the Google Meeting tab. Enter the Client id, Client secret and Redirect Url in Credentials.After entering all the details click on Authenticate
Authentication
After successful authentication, now you can create Google Meetings to your Odoo calendar
Enable Google Meet checkbox
When the Google Meet checkbox is enabled and save it, a Google meeting link is generated
Clicking the Join Meeting button
By clicking the Join Meeting button, you can also join a Google Meeting
View it in Google Calendar
After you've created the meeting, you can view it in Google Calendar
Email the Meeting information
Email the meeting information to all event participants
Disable the Google Meet checkbox
Disable the Google Meet checkbox to delete the meeting
Meeting has been removed
From Google Calendar also, the meeting has been removed
