Switzerland - Payroll Freelance GAV

Switzerland - Payroll Freelance GAV is an Odoo extended module which is used to define salary rules for freelancers, restrict emails for freelance employees and provide functionality to manage employee bucket for freelance employees to track holiday and absence allowances.

Installation

To install this, follow below steps:

  • Just simply mount this module as Odoo's custom module
  • Now, Install the module in Odoo from Main Apps section.

Usage

How to use this module:

  • Go to Employees -> go to Employees -> create or open any freelance employee.
  • Go to Work Information tab -> Here, employee's bucket can be define and manage.

  • Go to Employees -> go to Employee Buckets -> create or open an employee bucket.
  • Here, Employee's bucket information can be viewed and managed.

  • Go to Payroll -> go to Employee Payslips -> create or open any payslip.
  • In contract, the employee category should be Personalverleih as given in below reference.

  • The Wage Type should be Hourly as given in below reference.

  • In payslip, enter the Manual number of worked hours if Number of worked hours is not available.

  • Once user clicks on Compute Sheet, the freelance percentage lines will be present in payslip lines based on default parameters.

  • In payslip, Go to Worked Days & Inputs -> enter the number of hours in freelance allowance's input lines.

  • Once user again clicks on Compute Sheet, the freelance allowance lines will be present in payslip lines based on default parameters.

  • Go to Payroll -> go to Settings -> Within Switzerland - Payroll Freelance GAV, user can configure the parameters for freelance salary rules.
