Attach XML to Purchase Order
This is a technical module that needs to be implemented in localizations to set validations to the invoice CFDI according to the country's requirements.
Usage
Create or select the purchase order where the XML will be attached.
Click the button "Attach Supplier XML".
Upload the XML file into the wizard.
If the XML is correct, it can be attached by clicking the "Save" button, and the vendor bill will be created. The validations performed on the attached XML file will depend on the localization modules that utilize this base module. If the XML file is incorrect or does not meet the restrictions of each country, the corresponding error message will be displayed.
To see the vendor bill you can click the button "Show invoices".
You can go between the Purchase Order and the vendor bill by clicking the "Vendor Bill" smart button.
Validation Scope
When attaching an XML to a purchase order, the module ensures that it is only linked to a vendor bill that was directly created from the same purchase order.
If there are existing vendor bills with the same amount or reference but unrelated to the current purchase order, they will be ignored during the matching process.
