Download EDI documents in ZIP file

Adds the functionality to download invoice XMLs in a ZIP file. Additionally, it enables downloading XMLs of invoices related to a payment within a ZIP file.

Usage

  • In the invoice list view, select one or more invoices, go to the actions menu, and choose Download ZIP file with EDI documents. A ZIP file containing the XMLs of the selected invoices will be downloaded.

  • You can also download invoices related to payments from the list view by selecting one or more payments, going to the actions menu, and choosing the Generate ZIP file with related EDI documents option.

  • This ZIP file can also be generated from each payment. As a result, the ZIP file of the related invoice will be attached, and an informational message will be added to the messages section.

  • The module also allows including PDF files in the ZIP, this can be configured by modifying the server action code Download ZIP file with EDI documents.
