This addon provides MIS builder templates to generate generic (US) Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash basis reports based on account types.

Usage

Select one of the Profit & Loss (US) or Balance Sheet (US) templates in a new MIS report.

For details, refer to the MIS Builder documentation

Allow filtering by journals.

  • Go to Invoicing > Reporting > MIS Reports
  • Create a new or edit an existing MIS Report
  • Find the Accounting Journals field and select the journals.
  • Save and the report will take into account those selected journals.
  • If you want to select all of them, just leave the aforementioned field empty.

Hide lines empty or with value 0.

  • Go to Invoicing > Reporting > MIS Reports
  • Create a new or edit an existing MIS Report
  • Find the Hide line value 0 field and check it to hide the values.
  • Uncheck to show empty or 0 values.
