Carry forward is an important accounting entry. It helps business measure business profit and calculate enterprise income tax.
Module l10n_vn_viin_account_auto_transfer, upon installation, will create account balance carry forward rules according to the Vietnam Accounting Standards.
- The carry forward entries include:
- Tax payables balance carry forward (33311 –> 1331)
- Revenue deductions balance carry forward to 511
- Revenue balance carry forward (51x –> 911)
- Production costs balance carry forward to 632 (631 –> 632)
- Costs of goods sold balance carry forward (632 → 911)
- Financial expenses balance carry forward (635 –> 911)
- Selling expenses balance carry forward (641 –> 911)
- General administration expenses balance carry forward (642 –> 911)
- Other revenue balance carry forward (711 –> 911)
- Other cost balance carry forward (811 –> 911)
- Determining business results (911 –> 4212)
Besides the pre-set rules, this module also allows users to create new rules (if needed). Thanks to these utilities, accountants can easily make accurate carry forward after just a few steps.
