Module : lhdn_partner_validation (V17)
The LHDN Partner Validation module allows users to validate partner TINs (Tax Identification Numbers) with the LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri) through API integration. This module ensures that partner information is accurate and compliant with local tax regulations. Your user will be able to easily use the features to get all thier partners to validate their TIN. Making sure that when you issue E-invoice to your customers are comply to the LHDN requirements.
Key Features
- 1. Screenshot of partner validation tree view: This is a partner validation list view which can be found under Accounting/Accounting/Partner Validation menu.
- 2. Ability to validate partner TINs via API: The module integrates with the LHDN API to validate the TINs provided by partners, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. You need to apply and get your client ID and secret from LHDN. And then fill them into your Odoo Parameters as shown.
- 3. Automated email notifications: The module can send automated emails to partners upon successful validation of their TINs.You will need to select those Partner(s) that is in NEW and not yet validated state. Click action menu for the Send Validation email, will send Email to all the selected partner(s). They will receive 2 emails, one email is to tell them to reset a New portal user password. Another is to tell them how to login to the Portal to enter their information.

- 4. Customer Self service update Status: Easily allow the update of their own information for each partner (new, submitted, validation in progress, validated, validation error) directly within the portal. The user can perform updates at the portal. And once they submit, the portal will perform Taxpayer TIN verification at LHDN through API. It will update the successful validation back. So it is easier for you to manage both your suppliers/customers to update thier status.
- 5. Import from CSV/Excel interface: The module offers a user-friendly interface for managing partner validations, making it easy to use for accounting professionals. you can use the Odoo default import to enter the unvalidated partners. You only need to supplier 3 columns, Name, Email and Whatsapp number. Currently Whatsapp is keep as a information. Further customisation can be done for whatsapp bot integration.
