What can you do with this application ?

Specify the recipients of the email.

Indicate the absences of collaborators who are subscribed to the task and therefore part of the email recipients. To enable this feature, the Time Off application must be installed.

Why use the application ?This feature displays the total number of email recipients along with their names.
To notify recipients of potential collaborator absences, the Time Off app needs to be installed.

Usage
How to set up the application ?
Purchase the feature on Odoo Apps to install it from the available applications in your Odoo.
Each time an email is sent, it will show the number of recipients, their names, and any current absences (based on the Time Off app). Recipients are the task's subscribers.

This app works whether or not the Time Off module is installed.
If you install the Time Off application, collaborators' absences will be automatically displayed in the email header.

Don't wait to install this feature in your Odoo!
By default, only the recipients are shown in the email header. If you want to also display collaborators' time off, the Time Off app must be installed.
No additional configuration is needed—just install the feature from your Odoo Apps dashboard.
