MERGING MAILING CONTACT
Introduction
The Merging Mailing Contact module in Odoo 17 is aimed at optimizing your mailing lists by identifying and merging duplicate contacts, ensuring that your email campaigns reach your audience more efficiently and effectively.

Workflow
- Navigate to the E-mail Marketing App in Odoo.
- Click on the ‘Mailing Lists’ Menu and Select the ‘Mailing List Contacts’ option.
- This opens the list view of all the Mailing contacts added. Click on the contacts you want to merge as one.
- Click on the ‘Actions’ option below the search panel in the screen. Click on the option ‘Merge’.
- This will trigger a pop-up which will ask us to choose the destination contact.
- Choose the contact you want to retain and the data from the other contact will be transferred to the destination contact.
