Workplace Authorisation for Employees
Full transparency for your production
With this app you gain a clear and centralised overview at which work centers your employees are allowed to work. Our extension makes information visible that is only available indirectly in the Odoo standard.
The module extends the Odoo dataset for an employee by a display of the assigned work centers—transparent, intuitive and without detours through the production module to check individual work centers.

Comparison to Odoo Standard
When using standard Odoo, it's not immediately visible at which work centers an employee can be deployed. This information is only stored and displayed at the individual work centers. In practise, this means that managers have to search through several forms to discover where an employee could be scheduled.
The app closes this transparency gap by displayed the assigned work centers directly in the employee data set. That way, you gain a comprehensive overview that reduces planning errors and considerably smoothens the day-to-day on the shop floor.
In a nutshell:With Workplace Authorisation for Employees you can know at a glance where employees can be assigned—quickly, transparently and without lengthy searching.
For even more safety in planning your manufacturing you can combine this app perfectly with our app "Capacity Planning with Employee Attendance": That way, you not only see where an employee can be assigned, but will also be alerted about when they're actually available.
