Merge Invoices, Sale Orders and Purchase Orders

Merge Sale orders, invoices in draft state and Purchase orders in RFQ state

Core Features

Compatible with Odoo 17 (Community + Enterprise)

Seamless support for both Community and Enterprise editions of Odoo 17.

Create New & Cancel Selected

Cancel selected sale, invoice, or purchase orders and automatically create a new one.

Create New & Delete Selected

Delete selected sale, invoice, or purchase orders and automatically create a new one.

Merge Into Existing & Remove Others

Combine all selected orders into one existing order and remove the rest.

Merge Sale Order Access

Activate the "Merge Sale Orders" checkbox in the user's access rights to enable permission for merging sale orders.

Select more than one Sale Orders

Select two or more sale orders which is in draft state and in 'Action' tab there is an option 'Merge Order'.

Merge Sale Order Wizard

When click on the Merge Order in 'Action' it will open a Wizard. In the wizard there are four options in Merge option:

Create New & Cancel Selected

Create New & Delete Selected

Merge Into Existing & Cancel Others

Merge Into Existing & Delete Others

Select one and click on Merge Sale Orders.

Merged Order Lines in Sale Order View

Merged the order lines to the selected Sale Orders and cancelled the others.

Merged Orders

The Merge Sale Orders page is visible only for merged sale orders, where you can view the reference numbers of all combined sale orders.

Merge Invoice Access

Activate the "Merge Invoice" checkbox in the user's access rights to enable permission for merging invoices.

Select more than one Invoices

Select two or more Invoices which is in draft state and in 'Action' tab there is an option 'Merge Invoices/Bills'.

Merge Invoice Wizard

When clicked on the Merge Invoices/Bills in 'Action' it will open a Wizard. In the wizard there are two options in Merge option:

Cancel Others

Keep Others

Select one and click on Merge Invoice.

Merged Order Lines

Merged the order lines to the selected Invoices and cancelled the others.

Merged Invoices

The Merge Invoice page is visible only for merged Invoices, where you can view the reference numbers of all combined Invoices.
