Review Cycles
Create structured review cycles for documents. Assign multiple reviewers with due dates and track completion progress.
Completion Tracking
Visual progress bars show review completion percentage. Track which reviewers have completed their review and who is still pending.
Due Date Management
Set deadlines for review cycles. Get notifications when reviews are approaching their due date or overdue.
Review Decisions
Reviewers can approve, reject, or request changes. All decisions are logged with timestamps for full traceability.
Configuration
- Install DMS Collaboration from the Odoo Apps menu
- Open any document and click Send for Review
- Add reviewers and set a due date for the review cycle
- Track progress in Documents > Collaboration > Review Cycles
- Reviewers receive notifications and can submit decisions directly
