Key Features
Auto Folder Creation
Automatically creates a dedicated DMS folder when a new Sale Order is created. All related documents are organized from the start.
Organized Subfolders
Each sale order folder comes with subfolders for Quotes, Contracts, and Delivery documents.
Smart Button Access
A Documents smart button on the Sale Order form provides one-click access to all linked DMS documents with count.
Multi-Company Support
Properly filters documents by company for multi-company environments.
Configuration
- Install DMS Sale Integration from the Odoo Apps menu
- New Sale Orders will automatically get DMS folders upon creation
- Click the Documents smart button on any Sale Order to view linked documents
- Upload documents directly into the auto-created subfolder structure
