Each Sign Request gets a dedicated DMS folder field. Assign any existing folder or create a dedicated one for each agreement, organised by client or project.

A Documents smart button on every Sign Request shows the real-time count of stored documents — so teams know exactly what's been filed alongside each signature.

Documents linked to Sign Requests have access to the full MFX DMS feature set: workflow stages, OCR, classification levels, tags, and action buttons like Check-out, Encrypt, and Set Legal Hold.

Install Both Modules
MFX DMS and Odoo Sign are both installed. This bridge module activates automatically — no separate installation step needed.
Assign a DMS Folder to the Sign Request
On any Sign Request, use the new DMS Folder field to assign an existing DMS folder — or create a new one on the fly. This links all related documents to the request.
Store and Manage Executed Documents
Upload the executed PDF and any supporting documents through the Documents smart button. All files are stored in MFX DMS with full lifecycle, audit, and compliance controls.
What you need to run this integration
- MFX DMS — The main document management module (sold separately, from Macrofix)
- Odoo 17 — Compatible with Odoo 17.0 Community and Enterprise
- Odoo Sign — The Sign app must be installed (Enterprise or Odoo.com subscription)
- No extra Python libraries — This bridge module has no additional dependencies
