The Stock Statement Report module gives you a consolidated view of every product's stock movement — opening, receipt, issued and closing quantity — alongside purchase confirmed order count, purchase quotation count and forecasted quantity, all filterable by date range and product, and exportable to Excel in a single click.

Key Highlights
Custom Date Range Filtering
Select any "From" and "To" date to generate a stock statement for that exact period, right from the Inventory > Reporting menu.

Open the Stock Statement Report
Navigate to Inventory > Reporting > Stock Statement to launch the report wizard. It sits alongside the standard Stock, Locations, Moves History and Moves Analysis reports.
Choose the From & To Dates
Click the date field to open the calendar picker and select a start and end date. This range defines the period for which the opening, receipt, issued and closing quantities are calculated.
Select Final Forecast or Without Quotation
Use the forecast dropdown to switch between "Final Forecast", which includes pending purchase quotations in the forecasted quantity, and "Forecast without Purchase Quotation", which excludes them.
Search & Add One or More Products
Type in the Products field to search the catalogue, then pick one or several products from the autocomplete dropdown. Every selected product is added as a removable tag above the results table.
View the Stock Statement
Click Search to generate the report. Each row lists the Op. Qty, Receipt Qty, Issued Qty, Closing Qty, Purchase Confirmed Order, Purchase Quotation and Forecast for every selected product under the "Final Forecast" filter.
Forecast Without Purchase Quotation
Switching the filter to "Forecast without Purchase Quotation" and searching again recalculates the Forecast column for the same products and date range, excluding quantity from purchase orders that are still in quotation stage.
Downloaded Stock Statement Excel File
Clicking "Download Excel" exports the generated report as a ready-to-use spreadsheet, with the Product, Opening Qty, Receipt Qty, Issued Qty, Closing Qty, PO Confirmed, Quotation Qty and Forecast Qty columns intact for offline analysis and sharing.

FAQ
Standard Odoo doesn't provide a single report combining opening, receipt, issued and closing quantities with purchase order status and forecast. This module adds a dedicated "Stock Statement" wizard under Inventory > Reporting that consolidates all of this into one filterable, exportable table.
Go to Inventory > Reporting > Stock Statement, choose a From and To date range, select the forecast type, optionally search and add one or more products, then click "Search" to generate the table.
"Final Forecast" includes quantity from purchase orders that are still in quotation (RFQ) stage while calculating the Forecast column. "Forecast without Purchase Quotation" excludes that quantity, giving a more conservative projection based only on confirmed purchase orders.
Yes. The Products field supports searching and adding multiple products at once, so their opening, receipt, issued, closing and forecast figures appear together in the same table for easy comparison.
"Purchase Confirmed Order" shows the count of confirmed purchase orders for that product, while "Purchase Quotation" shows the count of purchase orders still in quotation (RFQ) stage for the same product and date range.
