AP Trust for Odoo

A trust layer above your invoice extraction — not another OCR.

Odoo digitizes your vendor bills. But who tells you when a captured figure does not match what is printed on the document? AP Trust sends the bill attachment to Moddrum IDP, where two independent readers extract every key field. The verdicts land right on the vendor bill form:

Why bookkeepers use it

• Catch a wrong total, IBAN or VAT number before the bill is posted or filed.
• Focus review time only on fields flagged as divergent — not on every line of every bill.
• Works with bills uploaded manually or received via your journal email alias.
• Degrades honestly: if Cross-Check is not enabled for your account, the module says so — it never invents trust signals.

Setup in two minutes

1. Install the module.
2. Open Accounting > Configuration > Moddrum Connector.
3. Enter your Moddrum IDP URL, API key and caller profile ID.

The API key is stored server-side in Odoo system parameters and is never sent to the browser. Requires a Moddrum IDP account with the Cross-Checked Extraction tier (Cross-Check always + DPA opt-in). Without that tier the module runs in basic mode and clearly labels the absence of Cross-Check.

Honest by design

AP Trust does not claim to be a better OCR and does not replace Odoo's own digitization. It answers one question your current flow cannot: "do two independent readings of this document agree?" — field by field, with both values shown whenever they do not.

In action

Moddrum tab open on a vendor bill after processing. The Cross-Check state bar and the per-field verdict table are visible inside the standard Odoo form.

Verdict details: per-field extracted values with consensus/divergence badges. Divergent fields show both engine values side by side — no averaging.

Honest failure: when the document cannot be processed reliably, the module says so — it never invents a verdict.
