Moodle Odoo Connector

Integrate Course, Categories and Enrolled Users Between Moodle and Odoo.

Key Highlights

Integrates Enrolled users between Moodle and Odoo.

Integrates all Courses between Moodle and Odoo.

Integrates all Course Categories between Moodle and Odoo.

Login to Moodle Cloud Account

Navigate to Site administration

Click on Register your site

Fill the form and click Register your site button

It will redirect to a success page

Navigate to Server under Site administration

Click External services under Web services section

Click on the Add button under Custom services

Add required details and click Add service

Click Add functions

Add required functions. Must choose 'core_course_get_categories:Return category details, core_course_get_courses:Return course details, core_enrol_get_enrolled_users:Get enrolled users by course id, core_user_create_users:Create users, enrol_manual_enrol_users:Manual enrol users, core_course_create_categories:Create course categories, core_course_create_courses:Create new courses' from Name dropdown. Then click Add functions.

Navigate to Manage tokens under Web services

Click Create token

Choose User and Service. Then click Save changes

We can see the Token here

Navigate to Add a category under Courses

Create new Category

Click Create new course

Create new course

Select the course

Click Enrolled users

Click Enrol users

Select users and click Enrol users

Navigate to Category menu under Configuration in eLearning module

Create new Category

Navigate to Credential menu under Moodle

Add Moodle Credentials. Your Site's URL should be the web address of your Moodle Cloud account, following the format 'https://your-site-name.moodlecloud.com'

The name of the token must exactly match the one that was used to create it.

Navigate to Connector menu under Moodle

Choose the Credential and click IMPORT

Imported Course

Imported Attendees. Current user will be an Attendee by default

Navigate to Connector menu. Choose Credentials and click EXPORT

Exported Categories and Courses

  • Get live shipment rate.
  • Get tracking reference for tracking the shipping details.
