Stop letting distant Manufacturing Orders lock your stock. Intelligently distribute components to the orders that need them now.
Odoo reserves stock
for the wrong orders
A Manufacturing Order confirmed for September 2026 immediately locks 500 units of Component A. A week later, an urgent order arrives for delivery tomorrow — but Odoo shows "Not Available". The stock is physically there, but blocked by a distant MO. Operators must manually cancel reservations every single day.
The module automatically keeps stock free for urgent orders. Distant MOs (beyond your configured horizon) are never reserved until they become urgent. When stock is tight, it goes to the most pressing order first — always. No manual intervention needed.

Manually Forced
Any MO can be manually elevated to top priority with one click. It receives stock before all other orders, regardless of date.
Within Horizon
MOs scheduled within your configured horizon (e.g. 30 days) are reserved in chronological order — soonest first.
Beyond Horizon
MOs scheduled far in the future are never reserved automatically. Their stock stays available for urgent needs.

Configurable Horizon
Set your reservation window in days from Manufacturing → Configuration → Settings. Default: 30 days. Adjust per your production cycle.
Force Reservation Button
One click on any distant MO to elevate it to top priority. The global rebalancing runs instantly and redistributes stock accordingly.
Auto-Rebalancing
Triggered automatically on every MO confirmation and every scheduler run. Stock is always correctly distributed without manual action.
Daily Cron Job
Runs every night at 1 AM to guarantee correct stock distribution every morning. No surprises when operators arrive at the factory floor.
Visual Status Badges
Color-coded badges on every MO: green for Urgent, orange for Distant, red for Forced. Instant visibility across list and form views.
Manual Rebalance Action
Available from the MO list Action menu. Instantly rebalances all reservations and shows a summary: X forced, Y urgent, Z distant.
