Company Specific Products in Odoo 17

This module is designed to make products company-specific in Odoo 17. Unlike Odoo's default behavior, where products can be accessed across all companies, this module restricts product visibility and access to specific companies, ensuring better data separation and security in a multi-company environment.

Abstract

By default, Odoo allows products to be shared across multiple companies within the same database. This module changes that by introducing company-specific products. Each product will now be linked to a specific company, and only users of that company (or those with permissions to access multiple companies) will be able to see and manage those products.
