The Purchase Email Product Documents module streamlines your purchase order process by allowing you to attach essential product-related documents directly to selected purchase orders.

Preview
PO Preview
In preview of the purchase order, you can see the product documents that are available and download them. You can also access PO or RFQ document.
Purchase Order
In RFQ and PO form view, button Preview is available. When you click on it, you will see the preview of the purchase order with product documents depending on the visibility of product document
Settings
In the Setting, you can select all of the Purchase Order reports that you want to add the Product Documents to
Visibility
In Product Documents form, tree, kanban and search view new selection field Visibility on purchase is available. This field has 5 values
